The Camp Ma-He-Tu
Endowment Fund

Ensuring Ma-He-Tu’s future

Our Mission

To provide a permanent income for Camp Ma-He-Tu so its cabins and tents, friendships and memories will continue to enrich the lives of girls and young women through the years!

Help Grow the Endowment

Our donors give monthly, annually, one time, through bequests, or by donating real or personal property

  • “For me, Ma-He-Tu sowed the first seeds of belonging, which profoundly impacted my life. To this day there is no place I'd rather be than in those sacred woods with the sounds of singing, laughter and friends.”

    Ruth Dyer, Annual donor

Memorial Donations

Many choose to make donations in memory of those who attended Ma-He-Tu or our brother camp Trexler, or supported campers and staff as parents or board members. See their loved ones.

News &
Memories

Our blog page provides updates on the Endowment Fund and recollections from some of our donors.

  • “When my sister asked me to contribute to the Endowment Fund, I thought of the hole I feel not having [brother camp] Trexler around anymore, and knew I wanted to avoid that along the Kanawauke shore. Ma-He-Tu campers, past and present, are incredibly lucky to have such a berth. I’m glad to help out the continuing Ma-He-Tu story.”
